Let's get kids eating what we are eating!


Here is a great article that highlights why our children are eating processed, beige, nutritionally void foods while we dine on the best. As parents, we know it is laborious and often unrewarding to prepare a meal and then have to fight with a picky eater it but as we also know, with perseverance, patience and consistency we will prevail!
