Real Food Market, from our kitchen! meals and foods are available in various portion sizes (Individual, Small Family & Large Family) and in many gluten-free & vegan options. Food price ranges are from $5 to $36.

Main Dishes

Chicken Teriyaki Stir-Fry Kit (gf, df)

Enjoy thin strips of chicken breast, simmering in a homemade ginger  teriyaki sauce; comes with a side of fresh veggies to stir-fry and seasonal jasmine rice to cook.  Have dinner on the table in 15 minutes!

Sweet and Savoury Meatballs (gf, df)

A popular dish for the whole family!  Homemade pasture raised beef meatballs, packed with hidden greens and simmering in a homemade sweet and savoury barbecue sauce.  Serve over rice, noodles or in a toasted meatball sandwich loaf.

Soup & Salad

Yellow Split-Pea Miso Soup (v, gf, df)

A hearty pureed soup combines split peas, carrots, celery, onions and greens in a homemade veggie broth enhanced with miso paste, turmeric and lemon giving it a rich and bright flavour.

Brown Rice Tabouli-Feta Salad (gf, Vegan option)

Whole grain brown rice tossed with fresh parsley, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, and feta cheese (or cubed marinated tofu), combine with a lemon, olive oil, and mint homemade dressing.

Chocolate Hummus Dip/Spread 

Organic Garlic & Herbs in Olive Oil  (canfreeze)

Organic garlic & herbs chopped, then soaked in olive oil to add to your home cooked meals.

Snacks

Seasonal Snack Veggies Fresh organic veggies direct from local organic farms.  Organic carrots, celery, bell peppers and other seasonal veg are washed, peeled, cut and ready for school and office lunches – enjoy with our hummus or creamy garlic dip.

Quinoa Chocolate Chip Bar - Kit (df, gf, v)   - Packed with protein, these bars are chewy and yummy thanks to the dried fruit and toasted quinoa; they are sweetened with honey, toasted coconut and chocolate chips.  Contain tahini, rolled oats and pumpkin/sunflower seeds.  All you will need to add is melted tahini and honey the rest is ready to go!
